Our menu offers a shared dining experience: portions and centre-of-the-table dishes, designed to enjoy together and savour in true Andalusian style. It is complemented, with special prominence, by wines from the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry region, alongside a carefully curated and representative selection of the finest wines from Spain’s different Designations of Origin.
